Park Farm Equestrian Arena Hire

Terms and Conditions

• Hirers use the arena at their own risk and Park Farm is not liable to any claim for accident, injury, loss or similar, however caused to either horse, rider or spectators.

• First aid cover will not be supplied by Park Farm.

• It maybe necessary to change or cancel your booking whereby you will be given a full refund of hire cost.

• Hirers must stick to their allocated time slot, including cleaning/ clearing up, as to not interfere with any following bookings.

• All hirers are advised to check arena before use to ensure that it has been left in a safe condition for use, by previous occupant.

• Hire is £10 per hour, for one Horse/Pony and its rider,  further horses within the hour are extra £10 each, no more than two animals in arena at onetime, unless agreed/negotiated before booking.

• If arena and parking area not left as found or muck not removed and jumps not but back into storage area, within allocated time slot a charge will be made at owners discretion.

• Payment for hire required before use.

• Menage open for use between:

 7am and 9pm Monday to Saturday

8am and 9pm Sunday’s

• Report problems, they can’t be fixed if we do not know about it, thanks

• Damages will be charged as appropriate. 

• Please do not use any equipment not fit for purpose

• Hirers responsibility to have correct insurance cover.

• No loose schooling or lunging allowed in the arena.

• Hard hats and body protectors to be warn at all times and must reach current safety standards

• Take home all litter/rubbish

• Under 16 years old must be supervised at all times

• Dogs to be kept end on leads at all times and both horses and dogs must be supervised at all times and not left tied up unsupervised.

• Hirer must come with some one else or have emergency contact details accessible to others.

• Keep gates shut at all times. 

All relevant health and safety policies must be adhered to and park farm reserves the right to halt any action deemed to be unsafe or against policies
